About The Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator in our Business Services Department, your role is pivotal to the smooth operations of our multiple therapist clinic, serving both adults and children. You bring a comforting and organized environment to our patients through your excellent multitasking abilities, balancing phone tasks, administrative support, and effective scheduling. This position serves as the front-line of our customer service, and is a full-time role, requiring a minimum of one-year experience in a similar role.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-notch customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring every interaction is professional and patient-centered.
- Manage schedules for multiple therapists, coordinating appointments for both adult and children patients.
- Handle administrative support tasks, streamlining office procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Liaise between patients and therapists, setting appointments and maintaining the therapists' schedules.
- Use your excellent interpersonal communication skills to provide assistance and support to all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and in-person interactions.
- Excellent time management skills, with proven experience in scheduling and appointment setting.
- Effective interpersonal communication, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
