Customer Service Representative
JARS Cannabis is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to ensure the day to day success of our customer experience team. As the CSR - you will be a key piece of the interactions between your CSM and Store Management, HQ, Customer Service Representatives, and our customers. This means verbal and written communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, and passion for the industry are absolute necessities to succeed in this position.
As a member of the Customer Experience Team, you will be a member of our Corporate Ecommerce Operations Department. This is a fast pace and challenging role that allows you to see the industry from a different perspective to take your passion and skill set to new heights.
This is a remote position, meaning you work from home. You supply a quite dedicated work space, and reliable Wi-Fi. WE provide:

A robust 3 week training period, consisting of 2 weeks in person and 1 week remote training.
The following roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answer all incoming calls for our MI and CO locations
-
Create phone orders for In store/Curbside pickup & deliveries
-
Notify stores when customer arrives for CSPU
-
Suggestively upsell deals or brand partnered product when applicable
-
Assist with delivery overflow calls (if applicable)
-
Perform online menu audits for our MI and CO locations
-
Fill out applicable forms for products missing images or descriptions
- Assist with product descriptions as assigned by Ecommerce Manager

Assist CSM with Online Reviews as assigned for our MI and CO locations
-
Promote loyalty and online purchasing through JARS.com

Educate customers on the benefits of our website

Signing customers up for loyalty and educating them on their benefits
- In the event of a Dutchie Ecommerce Crash - Assist the stores with creating manual orders for pickup's and deliveries
Qualifications and Education Requirements
-
High School Education or Equivalent Required.
-
6 months in the Cannabis Industry Required.

6 months of experience with Metrc Required.

6 months of experience working with computers and POS systems Required
-
Open Availability, Including the ability to work close shifts and weekends.

This position consists of 40 hours weekly, scheduled in 4 10-hour shifts
