Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Coordinate schedule management for appointments and meetings
- Lead and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain phone systems and ensure proper functionality
- Handle calendar management for executives and team members
- Assist in event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management is a plus
