Job Description:
This role will be responsible for ensuring the integration environment, platforms and individual integrations needed to share data between BraunAbility business systems are functioning optimally, meeting all of the integration needs of the business and are architected and deployed according to best practice norms. In this role you will be working with both business and technology team leaders and vendor partners to ensure new integration needs are efficiently met. You will need to have the ability to understand and interpret complex business workflow and data sharing requirements. You will also participate on the BraunAbility Data Governance committee providing input into governance, oversite and effective data management processes.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for NAM Integration platforms (Mulesoft, Duet, Zapier, Luxent, FiveTran - Managed by Global)
- Responsible for defining, documenting and driving Integration Standards
- Responsible for ensuring Integration platform is configured properly, up to date, secure and aligned with BraunAbility security and documentation requirements.
- Responsible for gathering and documenting all business rules required to support every active and planned integration.
- Responsible for ensuring all integrations are monitored effectively.
- Responsible for supporting all active integrations.
- Responsible for building, testing and putting into production new integrations.
- Responsible for Integration vendor partner management, ensuring all partners understand requirements and deliver effectively.
- Responsible for defining integration intake, documentation and development processes that will be followed for all integration development.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, Snowflake and ERP system integrations leveraging Mulesoft.
· Demonstrated experience defining, building and documenting API based integrations.
· Demonstrated experience leading an integration practice or team.
· Demonstrated competency architecting and designing multiplatform integrations
· Demonstrated competency in project management.
· Ability to concurrently manage multiple activities and tasks.
· Facilitation and change management skills.
· Highly developed verbal and written communications.
· Ability to communicate in English; both verbally and in writing
· Excellent customer service skills
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Network Administration or related field preferred.
· 6 + years of related work experience required.
· An equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience equal to 10 years will also be considered.
