Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

- Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, customer service, account management, and outside sales
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
