Location: Dream Kissimmee, 4567 Seven Dwarfs Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34746
Compensation: $18-22 Per hour plus bonus opportunities

What we are looking for in a Leasing Specialist Candidate:
- Must represent & promote our core values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate should ideally have a background in Real Estate Asset/Property Management
- 1+ year previous leasing experience on a class A lease up required.
- Solid leasing, sales, and marketing skills
- Multifamily experience is preferred
- AppFolio experience is a plus
What you will do as a Leasing Specialist:
- Social Media experience is imperative.
- Ability to work weekends and occasionally evenings.
- Ability to market the community and guerilla market daily to cultivate relationships within the community.
- Be able to organize and prepare residents' events while maintaining positive resident relations.
- Responsible for the leasing activity for DREAM Space Coast through lead generation, lead follow-up, outreach, marketing, and providing stellar prospect and resident service
- Lease available apartments by showing apartments, creating appointments, performing follow-up, answering phones and responding to emails
- Consistent communication with Community Manager
- Perform prospecting for new residents by performing outreach
- Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with residents, teammates, and contractors
- Help manage the administration of activities related to the physical operation of the property
- Be a key contributor to the attainment of all management company goals
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Senior Director
