The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships in the commercial construction industry, Property Management, and direct B2B clients. Position will build trust with our clients by providing superior communication, customer service, and reliability.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Own the customer facing responsibility for our Small Projects division within Stancil Commercial
- Implement detailed market strategy to help build stronger client base
o Manage the day-to-day communications and tasks for the customers
o Build positive and consistent relationships
o Resolve issues in a professional way
- Build relationships from top to bottom of the client organizations
- MUST build trust and a strong working relationship with field team
- Willingness to join and attend networking and industry association events
- Communicate routinely with Stancil GM and teammates
- Build a strategy for growth in conjunction with General Manager
o Monitor growth
o Communicate progress and failures
- Document and update sales cycle through CRM
- Meet or exceed Gross Profit budgets
- Identifies potential in the marketplace and presents opportunities to management team
- Educates builders on Stancil processes and procedures
- Conduct takeoffs and estimates on small projects
- Drives profitability within the customer portfolio
- Balances volume and margin
- Develops balanced customer portfolio with respect to revenue generation
- Performs other related duties as assigned
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- 4-year Business degree or related discipline
- 3+ years of account management, project management, or business development experience
- CRM experience a plus
- Construction and Commercial Real Estate industry experience a huge plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Valid driver’s license
- Inspire employees and have a team player attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to build trust with your team and clients
- Proactive and focused on strategy for attacking the market and demanding results
- Demonstrate informative and professional assistance when working with customers, vendors, and team

- Analyze the business from the financials and other statistics
- Attends work regularly and on time with a minimum of tardiness and absences and adheres to Company policies and procedures regarding absences and tardiness. Provides adequate notice to higher management with respect to vacation time and time-off requests.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs
Working Environment And Conditions
- This position requires working in an indoors environment and office environment
- Some travel as needed
