As an Outside Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to sell our comprehensive solutions to small, medium and large size businesses. You must achieve sales goals and quotas by building a robust pipeline of qualified businesses. Various training programs and lead tracking/generation tools are in place to help with your success, as is an excellent support staff.
Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual with excellent listening skills who can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. You’ll be able to work independently, in store and out, using any tools necessary to achieve monthly sales goals. We want a self-starter, someone that can develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close sales through a consultative sales approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sells consultitively and makes product recommendations to customers using various FASTSIGNS marketing tools
- Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads using proven sales strategies/techniques
- Builds and fosters relationships and a network of referrals in the local community to create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously across multiple clients to ensure timely and quality completion of all deliverables
- Maintains accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities and provides status reports as needed
- Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
QUALIFICATIONS

- Outgoing personality, comfortable making cold calls and striking up conversations with strangers.
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
- At least one year of business to business outside sales experience
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively and efficiently organize, prioritize, and manage clients and workload
- Superior relationship-building, networking, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong consultative selling skills/experience
- Proven experience achieving goals and business objectives
- MUST have proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage several projects concurrently and resolve issues as they arise
- Valid driver's license – Must be willing to travel around the Atlanta area
