Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Tigerbrain Engineering is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with experience in answering/transferring incoming calls and general office duties to assist various administrative departments. This position reports directly to the CFO of the Company. The position is based in Tigerbrain’s corporate office located in Oviedo, FL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate personnel while communicating professionally and effectively.
- Domestic travel coordination.
- Order and maintain the office supplies along with the kitchen snacks/supplies.
- Use Company vehicle to run any needed errands.
- Filing and scanning of company documents.
- Assist all administrative departments as needed including Marketing, Accounting and Human Resources.
- Coordinate, order and pick up lunches for management/staff and schedule outside meetings, dinners as needed.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and able to organize their work using MS Office.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel versions 2010 or newer
- Ability to professionally communicate with clients and government officials on phone
- Due to US military contract requirements, individuals possessing a dual-citizenship and non-US citizens are not permissible to apply for this position
- Will have to pass background and driving record checks
- Permanent position in a fast-paced Engineering Firm with friendly work environment and staff
- Must communicate effectively and interact well with people

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in an office setting
