Responsibilities:
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) in both English and Spanish.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries and comments.
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Greet Customers and answer the phones as needed, be the daily face that welcomes customers to the store.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and creativity.
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
