Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our personal line products. Customer service and representation of our brand will be critical in working with potential and current clients. Your role is crucial in maintaining client relationships and providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotes for new policies in multiple carrier platforms.
- Pursue cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business.
- Assist clients with policy information, coverage options, and billing inquiries.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and premium collections accurately.
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Sales Skills: Ability to provide quotes, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate insurance products to clients.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with underwriters and other team members to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Valid California property and casualty license or willingness to obtain within a specified period.
- Previous experience in insurance and customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
