Position Summary:
We’re seeking a data-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst, focusing on product and operations. This role requires someone who can quickly adapt and drive impact by partnering with various departments. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a data-driven culture, analyzing complex data, and developing insightful reports to guide quick, informed decision-making. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about leveraging data to enhance operations and product features, we want you on our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Serve as the primary source for product and operations data analysis
- Maintain and develop dashboards, track KPIs, and present actionable insights
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and communicate findings to senior leadership
- Support departments including Product, Fraud, Customer Support, and Finance with tailored data insights
Product Analysis:
- Analyze user experience, product funnel, and feature usage to inform improvements; experience with A/B testing tools a plus
- Identify patterns for fraud prevention and propose new protocols
Operational Support:
- Help optimize customer support and success through trend analysis
- Extract and visualize data for finance dashboards
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Empower stakeholders with data, guiding them through insights and trends
- Adapt and create dashboards and KPIs based on evolving needs
Data Management:
- Ensure data quality, cleanliness, and readiness for analysis
- Promote data literacy and experimentation across the organization through mentoring and training
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 4+ years as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within product teams or multiple departments
- Strong experience working with large datasets in SnowflakeSQL (joins, common table expressions (CTEs), etc.)
- Experience with a visual business reporting tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.); familiarity with Snowsight is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Python - specifically around doing analysis and data science tasks - is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Stripe payment processing data is a major advantage
Skills:
- Ability to generate and present actionable insights from raw data
- Effective in a fast-paced, startup environment with rapid iteration
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical data into non-technical terms

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000
