We are currently looking for a full-time Appointment Scheduler.
Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 6pm

Our focus is to provide exceptional patient-centered care with expert radiology services.
We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and well-organized individual to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work with patients and technicians to get patients schedule for MRIs, CTs, X-Rays, and other procedures.
You will be responsible for screening patients for MRI Safety, gathering their demographic information, handling incoming faxes, inputting patient orders, and answering general questions or concerns a patient may have. You will also need to communication with physicians' offices about patients we are unable to reach or questions regarding orders received.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle regular follow-ups via phone and email and communicate updates to office staff.
- Answer relevant patient questions and direct to additional parties when necessary.
- Field all phone calls that arrive using our general office number.
- Respond to emails that arrive using our office email address.
- Utilize our medical office software to update patient charts with all pertinent information.
- Update necessary records via our EMR system.
- Process forms and paperwork for accuracy and verify that required fields are completed appropriately.
- Process patient payments in office as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient records.
- Uphold the positive reputation of our medical office by always treating visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate manner.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working in customer service or in a relevant role
- Friendly and compassionate disposition
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records
- Ability to use MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Self-starter who takes initiative in a fast-paced work environment
