Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Valid NYS Real Estate Broker license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Deep knowledge of the local real estate market
- Proficiency in real estate software and technology
