TITLE: OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Summary: Performs a variety of administrative and support services for a department within an organization.
Job Duties:
Responsible for various tasks focused on assisting the department in running efficiently and effectively. This may include, but not limited to, the following:
Coordinate and organize various scheduling tasks.
Preparation and submittal of correspondence.
Data input and reporting functions.
Experience and Education:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Performs work under general supervision.
Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses solid working knowledge and experience working in a customer service-oriented environment.
Typically requires a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience.
