The Operations Manager will develop, direct, and oversee overall plant operations. This facility’s operational focus includes wastewater treatment, used oil recycling, solidification, and product destruction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help General Manager Lead Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation and Cultural Transformation

Container, solidification, product destruction facility with treatment & processing equipment

Data management systems to manage process flow and documentation

Management of operations team members
OTHER INTERACTIONS:

Assist the GM to closely work with Sales team to grow a profitable business

Assist the GM to Understand the site P&L and work with accounting to ensure all aspects of the Income Statement are managed

Achieve Facility Functional Excellence

Build Safety, Quality & Efficiency into Processing, and Business Processes, including ISO Certification

Lead the Facility by leading Facility Operations

Lead Supply Chain (Materials) to improve delivery and cost & quality of purchased goods

Meet or exceed all KPIs
Help the GM Support Business Case Development for projects - - estimate capital, expense, and human resource requirements

Ensure that the plant meets all Environment, Health, Safety and Security Standards
