Job duties include (but not limited to):
- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Assist team with reaching weekly & monthly goals
- Assisting marketing team with admissions & readmissions of patients
- Inputting new patient information into system
- Verifying employee visits (payroll) on a weekly basis
- Creating & managing caregiver & patient's schedules
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with recruitment team on the office's needs
