Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Quickbooks, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping
- Reconcile bank balances v.s. book balances
Skills:
The successful candidate should have expertise in the following areas:
- Proficiency in financial software such as Quickbooks, Quicken, etc.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation
- Competence in bank reconciliation procedures
- Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excell
