As the first point of contact for our company, the Salon Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. Responsibilities: - Welcome clients in a warm and professional manner. - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed. - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. -Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services. -Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service. - Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
