- ours per week Monday - Friday. Position Purpose: To assist the
operty Director in being
esponsible for the overall management, administration, and operation of a site-specific housing program to ensure the company mission objectives are met.
*Duties:*
* Perform duties of the Property Director in his/her absence.
* Ensure accounting procedures, forms and reports are performed and discussed with the Director.
* Assist in interviewing applicants for occupancy utilizing all required HUD and CHS policies/procedures and required timelines.
* Collect, prepare, verify all information and forms for HUD 50059 and HAP requests.
* Assist residents, vendors and visitors as needed.
* Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
* Other duties as requested or assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* Customer service skills to handle complex immediate issues.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Computer skills to create reports for Director
* Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma. Two (2) years of previous experience in Property Management preferred. Experience with Fair Housing, ADA preferred.
