Surface Experts South Charlotte is looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities and building relationships with property management and facilities maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate will also maintain a good working relationship with existing customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous sales experience in the B2B environment, use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, and have the dedication to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities
- Increase customer base by meeting with potential customers (cold calls, as well as, existing customers)
- Work with a variety of industries (Property Management, Hotels, Moving Companies, Home Builders, Restoration Companies, Realtors, etc.)
- Identify client needs, submit estimates and suggest appropriate services
- Managing sales territory
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Report weekly sales results to manager
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing
In the Field Daily
- Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
- On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
- Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
Skills
- Sales experience, preferably cold calling
- Ability to clearly explain our company and services
- Experience using CRM system preferred
- Excellent communication skills, motivated, goal oriented and service minded

Follow Sales Process
- Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
- Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to work order and all the steps in between
- Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
- Planning and executing sales strategy for territory
Required Qualifications

- Licensed to operate a passenger car, and have a clean driving record

- General working knowledge of property management and/or construction industry
