Job Description
** Full-time Position**
We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Client Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day relations with our clients. The Client Services Manager is the first point of contact with prospective families and plays a critical role in helping children with autism get the services they need.
To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and detail-oriented. Top candidates will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for great customer service.
Bilingual Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
- Interact with people, be empathetic, compassionate, and have a high desire to help others
- Educate and answer questions from prospective clients on services offered by ATG
- Assist families in navigating the intake process and collecting the necessary forms and clinical documents. May including speaking with office of diagnosing physician, if needed
- Work with prospective, new and existing clients to gather the correct insurance information needed to determine covered services/verification of benefits.
- Collect needed forms and clinical documentation for authorization of services
- Enter and organize prospective client information and received paperwork or clinical documentation into various electronic platforms
- Schedule appointments/ tours and coordinate with teams across locations
- Assist the clinical teams in gathering background information regarding each prospective client prior to tours or intake assessments
- Interact with the billing, clinical team and scheduling team via regularly scheduled meetings or as needed
- Follow up with families after scheduled tours for feedback and direction on next steps
- Make initial connection with clients and develop strong relationships with families
- Follow up with all logistic-related communication from initial intake call to completed assessment
- Exceed personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics
- Categorize client's needs, clarify information, resolve, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Own communication of status on all leads and referrals and report back positive progress in services
- Assist in the client offboarding process by tracking discharge information and gathering discharge paperwork
- Responsible for gathering family satisfaction data
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in Business or related discipline
- Prior experience in ABA is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish required - 2+ years' experience in a customer service role - 1+ years’ experience in management position preferred
- Experience in successful sales conversations
- Excellent time management and high productivity

- Ability to work independently and with a team in fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on timeliness and accuracy

- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed and work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Essential Job Functions
- Ability to sustain long periods of sitting or standing
- Excellent communications skills to effectively interact with prospective families, clients, etc.
- Ability to bend, squat, lift, and lower a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to communicate with your team through phone and email in a timely manner
- Required to have reliable transportation to commute to and from work on a daily basis

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
