HVAC Technical Support Job Duties
- Respond to customer technical concerns or questions via phone and/or email.
- Maintain a high level of customer service when addressing customer problems via phone or email.
- Ability to answer technical questions the sales team may have both quickly and reliably.
Qualifications
- Familiar with usage of a voltmeter
- Comfort using phone and email to communicate with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
- Customer service experience a plus.'
- Preferred HVAC experience but not required
