Role Summary:
Anthropologie is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to play a key role in the product catalog management for Anthropologie.com. The Web Producer is an operational role working directly with multiple teams across the organization, including the Merchandising, Buying, Operations, Marketing, Design, Copy, and Studio teams.
The position will work within the technical framework of a catalog management system but will not be directly responsible for the configuration or development of this system.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Merchandising, Buying, Operations, Photo Studio, Copy, DC/Call Center, SEO, Marketing, Planning, Analytics, UX/Research, and Creative teams to create and deliver brand-appropriate product categories based on product attribution, merchandising feedback, current trends, and analysis of product and category metrics

Execute product activations and additional projects outside of daily workload such as product coordination, marketing content, and on-site search maintenance

Ongoing QA and monitoring of website catalog and proper functionality

Pull reports and distribute to cross-functional partners
Role Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Technically savvy and competent with web-based content management and e-commerce applications and the ability to learn multiple systems quickly

Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy when completing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight time constraints

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Ability to answer technical questions and troubleshoot problems
