Account Coordinator Job Description
Job Summary:

Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to generate leads and expand client base.
- Assist in sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
- Support account managers in day-to-day activities related to account management.
-Work directly with Physicians, prior authorization referral coordination and virtual front desk staff
- Utilize Zen Desk to maintain client records and track interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development.
- Engage in activities that contribute to successful account management and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Proficiency in technical sales and understanding of sales principles.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Prior knowledge of account management practices and strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar technology for managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
