DESCRIPTION:
Maintain and report timely, accurate and reliable financial and accounting information for the three management companies within the GID structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements along with supporting schedules and footnotes.
- Enter journal entries, prepare workpapers, and document policies and procedures.
- Prepare the cash management reports for each entity's bank accounts and review monthly bank reconciliations. Verify all transactions are recorded correctly and timely.
- Prepare allocation of shared corporate costs across business lines.
- Track reimbursements of payroll, insurance, and other expenses from various funds and properties to GID.
- Process expense invoices and wire requests as needed.
- Prepare annual information for tax deliverables prepared by PwC Tax.
- Provide requested information to PwC Audit during the interim and year-end audits.
- Review quarterly fixed asset additions to ensure compliance with capitalization policy.
- Perform ad hoc duties and projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS*:
- Extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize projects, complete multiple tasks on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience with Real Estate preferred, Corporate experience required.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
