Job Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Monthly bookkeeping in NetSuite
Coordination with local CPA for sales tax filings
Monitor abnormal expenses
Inventory annual asset check
Monitoring customer payment status and issuing pro-forma invoices to customers
Confirm payments received (credit card, check wire)
Expense receipt review
Expense vs budget tracking
Business license/sales permit update
Sales Order Administration:
Order data management within Salesforce and Smartsheet
Monitor sales orders for payments received and order release/fulfilment
Process order fulfillment & shipments; coordinating with third party warehouses, carriers, etc.
Customer assistance and support regarding sales orders and fulfilment
Assist with inventory management
Assist with miscellaneous Salesforce platform upkeep, creation, and reporting
Assist with managing Salesforce product lists and price books
Qualification:

Accounting degree

Experience in monthly close and financial statement preparation

Five years working experience in accounting.
- NetSuite experience required.
