Independent Insurance agents need an FMO that can give them access and help them get licensed and appointed to sell with the top carriers, provide them with quoting and enrollment tools, leads solutions, business coaching, compliance, and regulatory oversight, etc.
We work with over 20 thousand independent insurance agents.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Marketer/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will grow your portfolio of agents by engaging and building relationships with independent insurance agents and agencies. You promote our extensive range of insurance companies, products, and agent-focused solutions. You have the ability to recruit agents in all 50 states. You will have a whole package to offer agents, from leads to enrollment platforms to compliance and legal oversight. You name we offer it.
We offer a base salary plus commissions and the chance to earn additional bonuses, trips, etc.
You are not selling insurance; we serve our client, the insurance agent. When they win, you win.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, preferably in health, life, or annuity, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to identify and engage potential clients, generating leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Close leads of agents or agencies that PSM Brokerage generates online and through other means, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new agents, providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Promote PSM Brokerage's insurance products, highlighting their features and benefits to drive sales.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Mentor your agents and agencies, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to sell our products effectively.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using data to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Insurance sales experience, preferably in life, health or annuity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivated by money and uncapped earnings potential
