FedSync is searching for a qualified full-time Secretary III Floater to provide secretarial and clerical support to organizations at the branch and division level at NASA Glenn Research Center. The Floater backfills PBG FedSync administrative and clerical employees and provides surge support to Government organizations when needed. Work involves managing office operations, independently carrying out a variety of administrative and clerical support assignments, meeting support, and assisting customers with matters related to the mission of the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: High School diploma. Vocational school is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3 years working in an office environment. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Experience utilizing all functionality of Outlook Calendar and e-mail. Experience in formatting and proofreading correspondence and event planning is a plus. Experience with meeting/room/event coordination.
