The Manufacturing Assembler position is part of the Manufacturing Team. This is a full-time, nonexempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
- Report to the Department Supervisor.
- Review and build orders based on schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Operate electrical and mechanical hand tools including but not limited to rulers, cutters, strippers, screwdrivers, and crimpers.
- Identify and communicate quality, drawing, or inventory discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and orderly work area.
- Attend work regularly and promptly, participating in required training and meetings, as necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Possess basic math, reading and comprehension skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
- Ability to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- The ability to arrange items or actions in a certain order/pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules
- Detail-oriented, focused, and flexible
- Ability to use small hand tools including but not limited to rulers, cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers Ability to work on your feet for an extended period
Compensation
This position is full-time, hourly, nonexempt. You may be eligible for an annual bonus. This is a long-term, high accountability role.
