```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient's condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Assist with procedures such as cardiac catheterization and IV insertion
- Perform ostomy care and wound dressing changes
- Conduct triage assessments to determine the urgency of patient needs
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Experience in CT or assisted living is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
