Position: Sales Support Assistant
In this position, the Sales Support Assistant will provide support to the sales team and the Director of sales. The core sales team focuses on the sales growth of our new construction-based elevator door entrance system designed, engineered, and manufactured by USDE, including Premium NA, Compact NA for commercial/residential buildings and 40/10 NA for home elevators.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Assist in creating sales quotations and/or process order confirmation.
- Provide customers general information and/or technical assistance of the products, including product specifications, list pricing etc.
- Provide administrative and sales back-office support.
- Process quotations and sales orders in ERP system.
- Managing spare parts catalog and orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, sales representatives, and production to ensure smooth transactions.
- Follow up the order/shipment with production and logistic depts. etc. to assist Sales representatives.
- Other duties and/or special projects may be assigned as required.
Skills and experience
- Required: A high school diploma, some college preferred.
- Prior administrative or sales experience.
- Prior experience with cost estimation and pricing analyzing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings desired.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and convey complex information effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Prior technical service experience, elevator or construction related industries preferred.
- Working knowledge of commercial ERP system, Epicor knowledge preferred.
- Salesforce experience highly preferred.
- Technical aptitude, mechanical engineering or experience preferred
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
