Job Summary: Our company is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced customer service environment. Duties: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Provide accurate information about products or services to customers - Utilize phone etiquette and active listening skills to ensure positive customer interactions - Enter customer data accurately into the system for recordkeeping purposes - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a medical office is a plus - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail - Prior experience in customer service is beneficial Join our team today and be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills are valued!
