Join our team as a Leisure Travel Consultant! Your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating client interactions.
Travel Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries for clients, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Research destinations, hotels, and activities to provide recommendations based on client preferences and budget constraints.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm travel details, resolve issues, and provide assistance throughout their trip.
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
- Prepare documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Client Interaction:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to deliver personalized travel experiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
