Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments and assist in day-to-day operations. Duties: - Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met - Provide administrative support to executives and team members - Assist with customer support inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Maintain and update office files, records, and databases - Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative role - Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Preferred Skills: - Experience as a dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
