Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary with suppliers.
- Manage & Process All Inbound Sales Orders (Amazon & Shopify Experience is a Plus)
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document organization (Excel & Sheets)
- Oversee vendor management and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Ensure smooth office operations by resolving issues promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office management procedures
- Experience with payroll processing and schedule management
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus
- Previous experience in medical office management is advantageous
