Juniper Services is looking to add a full time Patient Care Coordinator to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations of a busy dental office
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with dental providers
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle medical billing and insurance verification processes
- Assist with dental scheduling and coordination of patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
Skills:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a medical or dental office is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic dental record systems such as Carestack
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
