Job Overview
We are seeking a bubbly person to greet clients and vendors at the door or on the phone. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere to our visitors.
Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff upon arrival, providing a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Manage and coordinate all front desk activities, including answering and directing phone calls, receiving and sorting mail and packages, and managing the reception area.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date weekly daily and weekly reports.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing daily invoices.
- Utilize computerized systems to accurately and efficiently manage office data.
- maintaining organized office spaces and supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
