Beyond Behavioral Solutions is looking to fill part-time positions for the role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We are looking for both experienced and entry level RBTs who are passionate about improving the lives of children and families affected by autism and other diverse developmental abilities.
About the Role
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home and community based ABA services to our clients. The RBT is primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behavior reduction. Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide one on one (1:1) Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to apply feedback and training on ABA job performance
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors

About You
The ideal candidate is someone who can interact well with children and families, works well both independently and cooperatively as part of a team, and is able to consistently follow ABA programs developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Qualifications:
- Must have a passion for working with children affected by autism. Prior ABA experience or other applicable experience working with children preferred.
- RBT certification
- must be reliable , responsible, and ethical
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to client therapy location
- Must be abie to physically perform the job functions
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
