Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients according to physician's orders
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Assist in the coordination of patient discharge planning and follow-up care
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and respond to changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
