Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions within our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office management, file organization, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Oversee office budgeting and financial activities
- Coordinate and schedule estimates, appointments, and services.
- Handle front desk duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries
- Manage human resources tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure efficient payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial procedures
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
