Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator/Manager at 11/11 Media Hispanic Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at reaching and engaging the Hispanic community. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, and media partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. Your expertise and insights will help drive brand awareness, growth, and market penetration.
Responsibilities:
**Marketing Coordinator:**
1. **Client Liaison:** Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their marketing needs.
2. **Campaign Planning:** Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Hispanic market, considering cultural nuances and trends.
3. **Market Research:** Conduct research on the Hispanic demographic, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
4. **Content Coordination:** Collaborate with creative teams to develop culturally relevant content, including copy, graphics, and videos.
5. **Media Planning:** Assist in media planning and buying, ensuring campaigns are optimized to reach the target audience effectively.
6. **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing clients with regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
7. **Budget Management:** Help manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

**Marketing Manager:**
In addition to the responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing Manager will have the following:
1. **Strategy Development:** Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, aligning them with business objectives and cultural insights.
2. **Team Leadership:** Manage a team of marketing coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
3. **Client Growth:** Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client accounts through additional services and campaigns.
4. **New Business Development:** Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Hispanic marketing space.

Requirements:
**Marketing Coordinator:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tools.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Marketing Manager:**
In addition to the above, the Marketing Manager should have:
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the Hispanic marketing field.
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
