Infrastructure & Security Technical Manager
Leftbank Art is seeking a dedicated Infrastructure & Security Manager to join our technology team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining our company's infrastructure, ensuring effective help desk operations, and bolstering our security posture. As this role is more of a technical manager, you will provide hands-on technical expertise while also overseeing and supporting 1-2 staff to drive performance and service excellence.
This is a 9 hour, Monday - Friday position. 45 hour standard work week.
Technical Leadership and Support:
Manage and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation.
Oversee installation and physical setup of devices, partnering with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) when necessary.
Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data, software, and hardware, including backups and disaster recovery processes.
Help Desk Oversight:
Provide escalated support for end-user issues and guide the help desk staff with coaching and training.
Proficient in utilizing ticketing systems to assist employees.
Collaborate with the team to configure access for VPN and resolve technical issues promptly.
Develop and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), delivering insightful reports to leadership.
Networking and Compliance:
Handle network architecture, configuration, and management duties.
Ensure compliance with licensing, hardware lifecycle management, and software deployment processes.
Advance security standards, manage printer and mail services, and keep our door security system functional and up to date.
Policy and Training:
Define, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
Conduct perimeter protection and end-user awareness training.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in managing Windows and Mac desktop environments, as well as Windows AD.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and networking essentials.
Familiarity with telecom systems including ISP management and PBX administration.
Proven expertise in supervising help desk operations and managing enterprise storage solutions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in deploying & maintaining CRM & ERP solutions for large-scale enterprises.
Experience with Azure AD and integration with on-premises domains.
