Dishwashers are the backbone of any good restaurant, keeping clean dishes steadily supplied to the kitchen, front of house, and sushi departments during peak hours keeps the entire store running smoothly. When it comes to closing time they help us get out quickly by washing the things required for service the next morning and making sure the dish pit is closed down properly for the next shift.
