Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Print Shop Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support for their printing needs. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in-person and over the phone, assisting with inquiries and order placement.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on print products, services, and pricing.
- Accurately process orders, ensuring all specifications are met and deadlines are communicated.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of orders.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a print shop or related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and print production software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
