Responsibilities:

Answering phones

Placing order for customers, ISRs and Sales Directors
- Answering general inquiries regarding our products
- Process claims when required
- Establish working relationships and participate and contribute within a team environment

Respond to customer inquires in a professional and friendly manner

Document all communication affecting customers, employees, ISR's or suppliers

Create and maintain all customer files
Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
-
6 months experience in similar or related field

Strong Microsoft Excel and other computer/software skills

Strong written and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Answering phone's transferring to correct department

Be well spoken and present a professional phone presence

Time management skills and the ability to multi-task
