Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with multiple parties
- Be organized
- Track and follow up on issues
- Administer the Construction Contracts, implement the Quality Plans to assure all construction work is completed in conformance to the Contract Documents;
- implement environmental compliance requirements and procedures;
- manages the schedule, costs, and change orders, and maintain all construction documentation and record.
- Serves as the primary point of contact between the supplier, contractor and BART maintenance personnel.
- Direct the performance of the project CM Team and ensure conformance to established policies and procedures for the management of the project.
- Interface with the Engineer of Record (EOR) for design support during construction and reviews technical submittals, request for information (RFI), and change orders.
- Participate in startup and testing activities, final inspection, and contract closeout.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering
- Experience in transportation, a must
- Experience with BART, desirable.
