Responsibilities include writing and editing for all assigned product lines. You will be creating, updating, and maintaining documents while ensuring consistency of documentation, conducting final document checks and file preparation, and posting documents to the Customer Service Center/Spirent website.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or Journalism from an accredited university; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical writing, including 3 years of recent documentation project management experience.
- Experience creating installation guides, administration guides, user guides, and online help systems for hardware and software products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced level of proficiency in the following: Adobe Frame Maker, Acrobat, RoboHelp; MadCap Flare; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of HTML is preferred.
Annualized Salary Wage Range: $98,000 - $120,000
Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements.
