Closing Assistant/Closing Specialist
We are looking for a Specialist to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate must have superior customer service skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, high degree of attention to detail and aptitude in problem-solving. They should be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Applicants with experience in paralegal law firm work, bank loan processing, or real estate transaction experience are highly preferred.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and maintain office common areas and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Schedule closing appointments, handle incoming call in a timely manner, and greet clients and visitors as needed.
- Prepare fee quotes, collect data to open new orders, and scan records in database.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Facilitate the preparation of transactional documents needed for closing.
- Generate title commitments and clear lender requirements with attorney direction.
- Call agents, lenders and customers as needed to request information or answer concerns prior to closing.
- Submit closing documents to proper recording county and transmit copies to proper parties.

QUALIFICATIONS
1-5 years experience working in in related field of experience.
