Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and project delivery.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the ICI construction sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification is an asset.
